I am very grateful for the offer! Any ideas about how to find a lawyer? We are more likely to need a queer-friendly family lawyer than an immigration or criminal lawyer. (After all, I'm not trying to immigrate anywhere!) But if I get arbitrarily detained while crossing a border, it's probably more useful to contact a tax lawyer than a rabbi or an architect.
