earworm of the day
Mar. 20th, 2004 08:58 pmI'm a little microwave, square and bright,
Here is my handle, here is my light.
When you push my buttons and shut me tight,
I go beep-beep-beep with all my might.
This was taught to me by a 3-year-old, who regards the microwave as something ordinary, used several times a day (though she doesn't understand why I don't have one), and teapots as special things that only come out for certain kinds of parties. The hand motions remain incomprehensible to me.
